Description

Basalt fire-retardant roll broaching material is a layer of canvas made of staple basalt super-thin fiber without a binder, stitched by a knitting-stitching method without or with a covering material.

The broached basalt fire-retardant roll material is a highly effective heat and sound insulation, fire-retardant material due to its unique properties, namely: increased vibration resistance, excellent heat, sound and noise insulation, environmental friendliness, exceptional fire and heat resistance; elasticity and high tensile strength; hygroscopicity; minimal load on structures and ease of installation; incombustibility.

Basalt fire-retardant roll pierced material is produced in the following grades:

  1. Broken-through basalt fire-retardant roll material - 5,8,10, 13, 16, 20 without covering material;
  2. Broaching basalt fire-retardant roll material -5F, 8F, 10F, 13F, 16F, 20F - foil-clad material;
  3. Broached fire-retardant rolled basalt material - 5C, 8C, 10C - lined with fiberglass.
